Personal care-type gellan gum is a low-acyl gellan gum primarily used in air fresheners and cosmetic products to form firm gels with good transparency or emulsions with excellent water retention. The recommended usage is 0.2–0.6%.

Usage Instructions for Personal Care-Type Gellan Gum:
This product can be easily dispersed into water-based systems using common mixing equipment. A typical application process is as follows:
- Disperse the gellan gum, either alone or mixed with other ingredients, into cold water by stirring (adding a chelating agent can help the gum dissolve).
- Heat to above 85℃ to dissolve.
- Add cations.
- Cool the mixture to form a gel or emulsion.
